Return Policy

Continental Wine & Spirits stands behind the quality and provenance of our products. Goods that are defective may be exchanged or returned within 30 DAYS of purchase and must be accompanied with a receipt. Once the item(s) in question have been returned, management reserves the right to confirm the product defect before issuing an exchange, company credit, or refund. Wines: Wine is occasionally susceptible to naturally occurring flaws (i.e. corked bottles, etc.) If you received a flawed bottle, we are more than happy to exchange the wine in the same vintage, issue a company credit for the amount paid, or provide a full refund.

Spirits: Spirits MUST BE UNOPENED for a company credit or full refund.
